Bespoke & Custom Orders
Made-to-measure, altered or personalised garments are produced according to confirmed specifications. Customers should provide accurate measurements and approve relevant details before production. Changes requested after production has started may involve additional cost or may not be possible.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to production schedules, courier operations, customs, weather, destination restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Custom or personalised items may have different eligibility from standard ready-to-wear products, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to Dulha House unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
