Typically, delivery of the order usually occurs within 5-7 business days. During the Sale Period, please note that shipping may take 10-13 working days. Nevertheless, transit delays may occur as a result of unforeseeable conditions or situations.
The typical processing time for orders placed outside Pakistan is approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the product. Delays in transit may occur as a result of metropolitan conditions or other unexpected events.

Lost Packages During Shipment:

Investigations into any related complaints, locating the package, or issuing/offering a replacement may require 5-7 days.

Product Is Damaged Or Stolen In Shipping:


If a product arrives with torn fabric or physical damage caused by mishandling during shipping, it is considered damaged. A product is considered stolen if the package is received in a bag with a damaged seal, either empty or with less number of articles as compared to those ordered. If necessary, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order. We are going to investigate the issue and may ask you to provide a digital picture of the received package/parcel to qualify your claim or compensate for the loss.

 All the prices on our website are inclusive of sales tax, by applicable tax laws of Pakistan.

COVID 19 Situation:


Due to the disruption in international flights, all international orders are experiencing delays of up to 15 additional days.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated for the destination, size, and weight of your order (shipping charges may vary subject to the logistic service provider and other factors)

Custom Duties & Import Taxes

Unfortunately, we have no control over international customs duties or taxes. Any of the customs duties, taxes, or import charges on international orders as levied by the state will be borne by the customer.


Payment through Credit or Debit Card:


Orders placed through credit/debit cards or any other online payment system have to undergo a thorough fraud check, and shall only be processed once cleared by our payment processor. The order shall be considered or cancelled if it fails to qualify for the fraud check. *Credit Card orders require 48 working hours for verification from the bank.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled upon the customer’s request at any time before it is processed.
In case of a cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card shall be refunded within 20 days of receipt of the order.
Refund and Exchange Policy for International Customers
Unfortunately, we are currently not offering refunds on international orders. However, we do offer an exchange on a purchased item within 20 days provided the customer is willing to bear the overall shipping cost.
